Event Didn’t Appear?
Check to Make sure there is an Event Schedule:
1. Go to the Event.
2. Open the Reservation Block.
3. In upper left corner is the Event Schedule.
4. Add the schedule to the event using brief words (setup, meeting, event) with the times specifically for that.
Make sure that event schedule items are checked to appear on the Calendar Feed:
1. Go to the Event.
2. Open the Reservation Block.
3. In upper left corner is the Event Schedule.
4. Click on the list of items.
5. Make sure under Public Visablitiy that there is a check next to “Show on Calendar Widget and Public iCal Feed” is checked.
Event appeared but should not be listed?
Make sure that event schedule items are not checked to appear on the Calendar Feed:
1. Go to the Event.
2. Open the Reservation Block.
3. In upper left corner is the Event Schedule.
4. Click on the list of items.
5. Make sure under Public Visablitiy that there is a check next to “Show on Calendar Widget and Public iCal Feed” is empty.
Event Appeared but with wrong time?
Make sure that event schedule items are listed with the right times:
1. Go to the Event.
2. Open the Reservation Block.
3. In upper left corner is the Event Schedule.
4. Make sure that this area has been filled out.
5. Make sure under Public Visablitiy that there is a check next to “Show on Calendar Widget and Public iCal Feed” is empty.
Event Appeared but text cut-off?
Make sure that event schedule items are listed with the right times:
1. Go to the Event.
2. Open the Reservation Block.
3. In upper left corner is the Event Schedule.
4. Click on the list of items.
5. Make sure under Public Visablitiy that there is a check next to “Show on Calendar Widget and Public iCal Feed” is empty.
