Summary

Today Pastor Brian began a series entitled “I Believe.” Today’s message presented us with the simple, familiar truth that God is both our Creator and our Father. Though simple, that truth is also incredibly profound when we consider the amazing design and delicate balance that both our universe and our own bodies display. God, the Master Designer of the universe, is also our loving Father.

Think of a time that you were in awe at the wonder of God’s creation. Tell about your experience and how you felt the majesty of God the Creator.
Think of a time that you knew the intimacy of God as a loving Father. Tell about your experience and how you felt His presence and closeness.
When you understand that the Creator of the universe is pursuing you and a relationship with you, how does that impact your life? Explain.

Prayer

Pray for God to enlighten your heart and mind to understand better doctrinal and scriptural truths. Confess where you need His guidance to be a better follower of Jesus. Ask for His power as Creator and presence as a loving Father to become more real to you. Commit to making personal time with God a priority this week.
